  1. Ray – You are a gift that goes on giving. Since I met you in 2007 (I thank Ken McArthur for that) you have been a constant source of knowledge and inspiration.

Frankly, this latest offering is not a surprise but yet another valuable gift from you for which I can’t thank you enough. But I will try: Sincere thanks, Ray.

    • This was so so SO good!!!! Thank you Ray, Sean, Marshall, Tami, and Matt. I am just starting to assemble a launch team for When Tragedy Strikes. Obviously this is totally different than what you are doing, and it won’t be on the scale of what you do, but there were so many take-aways from this conversation. Thank you, Ray, for ALWAYS giving so much value and being willing to pour into others. Much GRACE to you!

  2. To Ray and team,
There were so many wonderful nuggets in here. Communication and anticipating and rehearsing for what could go wrong are so important. I cannot stress this enough. In my technology experience, we even do a dress-rehearsal. I recommend it whenever possible, even if some has to be simulated.
What I never thought of was the idea to have a back-up for the sales process in case the primary server goes down. #BOOM. Worth the price of admission right there. Oh yeah…..it’s free.
You all are so generous to share this with us. I cannot thank you enough. I will likely refer to this episode in the future as I plan a bigger launch.
