Took a while but found it at: http://themeviewer.com/downloads/ You'll have to scroll down to the "C" section of the list of themes and you'll find chillblue-1 (dated 24 May 2007 with a file size of 119K) sandwiched between chic-10 and chillout-10 themes. The file is in .zip format so if you double click on the link it'll download to your computer. I had to really hunt down the chillblue wordpress theme.

Took a while but found it at: http://themeviewer.com/downloads/
