  1. Thank you so much for what you do, and the messages you send. You’re always practical and uplifting. (and I’m going to de-clutter my work space right now!) God bless.

  2. Awesome podcast Ray! That part about expanding the silence – so needed in our world today! Yeah, I did know this stuff. But as Zig Ziglar used to say, We don’t need to be told, but we do need to be reminded. Thanks for the reminder Ray!

  3. Thanks Ray, I’m trying to to get focused to write my book using your “Rapid Writing Method!” This is the second time this week I have heard “unclutter.” I’m a pretty neat person, but I definitely need to unclutter my mind and schedule! I am waking up very early to have a few hours each morning to write, and I need to practice “silence.” Thanks for sharing your wisdom. You always have helpful hints. Many blessings!

  4. True … and “the truth will set you free, but first it will it will set you off.” Thank you for reminding me, but it’s not easy or fast. and I’ll recommit to this process because you are so correct. Love and blessings, FG

  5. Perfect timing!! I’ve been working on cleaning the clutter out of my office and house this week. Thanks for the clarity I needed it.
I never listen to the radio while driving. Gives me a sense of peace and keeps me focused on driving, the obvious task at hand.
And, I never have background noise on while I’m working. I find it very relaxing that way.
    Thanks for the tips.

  6. Loved this Ray! Everything you said is spot on. I try to do all of these things on a daily basis so I can remain focused and stress free. It doesn’t always happen, but when I find myself in that state of mind I draw back on this knowledge and put it back into practice. I also block time to specific tasks, and unless I know it’s an emergency, I do not answer texts or calls. I removed notifications on my phone and computer and only check emails and social media at certain times of the day. I work without a TV on or music with words and only instrumental/classical if I must have noise. I have definitely found myself way more productive since making those changes!

  7. Good Sunday morning!

Whenever I need some uplifting and reality check, going back to the basics stuff, I always turn to you .

I can only say, Thank You from my heart!
