Smart Radio Boosts Web Sales

By Ray Edwards | January 26, 2008

microphone.jpgI recently interviewed a radio advertising expert named Dave Tester.

Now, you may know that I worked in radio for over 25 years, and was very successful in that industry. I think I know my stuff when it comes to radio. But even I was blown away by some of the ideas Dave and I ended up discussing on this call.

There’s nothing for sale on the call; it’s pure ideas, tools, and tactics.

Listen to it online by clicking below.

Enjoy.

Wow! Dave and Ray,
Thank you for a very informative broadcast.
I love radio! I led my sales team last year in a 6 month radio campaign, spent multiple 5 figures doing it and learned at the end of the campaign about the infomercial deal but it was priced higher than mentioned on today’s broadcast. Radio prospects are the best. Very responsive. Ray, thank you for Kunaki.com - I will use them. There’s a lot of meat in this presentation, thanks again.

Thanks for the tip about looking into radio stations with an expanded BOB format. Stations that specialize in repeating the same 200 songs are very difficult to listen to.

Wikipedia is maintaining a list radio stations around the country that have switched to BOB.

BTW, BOB started out as an acronym for
Best Of the Best.
