I have found that the subtle adjustments such as making an offer time bound can greatly increase conversions because it represents a call to action "move it or lose it." This is not to be manipulative, but there is so much noise out there that sometimes people need a reason to act. To your point "offer true value," I can see from my limited exposure to you that you practice this in your business. I guess I have become a fan.
