Thank You

Today is Thanksgiving day in the United States.

Ostensibly, it is a day we set aside to be grateful for the gifts that God has given us.

At this moment, as I write these words, I am struck by the bounty He has laid before me. And the things I treasure most are not material things: they are people.

I'm thankful for my wife. I'm thankful for my son. For my mother, and my brothers; for my fathers (yes, I am blessed to have more than one-including my natural father, an adoptive father, and my father-in-law… Fathers to me, all. Beloved, all.)

And I'm thankful for you, for reading this blog, for sending me e-mail, for commenting on what I have to say, for not always agreeing with me, for being my customer, client, and friend.

I could go on. But suffice it to say, I am very grateful for all that I've been given. Thank you for reading.

    Hi Ray,

You’re really on point here. I’m most impressed for your thankfulness regarding fathers. How important it is to have men who hold a positive role in our lives, and how thankful we can be for that role!

Also wanted to mention that I had a good chuckle at your comment at the bottom of your client list. I like your sense of humor.

Wish you a blessed Thanksgiving weekend!

  • Hey…”Thank You” Ray for what you do by providing great information and helpful tips to your readers.

And thanks for the reminder of how much I have to be thankful for.

A wonderful Thanksgiving Day to everyone.

  • Ray,

Thank you for all of your hard work. You will never know how much you have poured into our lives.
