  1. Ray,

On my walk this morning I listened to your interview with Brian Kurtz. Wow – what a veritable history of copy writing. Jaime Tardy just recently made a connection for Brian and me – and we’ve had a few emails since then.

I loved your discussion and your pointing out that social media has not erased the value of direct mail. Sometimes I think we’ve moved to “selling the invisible” – and delivering only the invisible as well. I’m delighted we’re seeing the reemergence of valuing physical work and physical products.

Thanks for your ongoing leadership and sharing.

  2. Excellent episode. Thanks Ray, for recommending Breakthrough Advertising, when I met you at Social Media World.

After seeing various copies at various prices around the net, I landed on a new Boardroom edition of the book on Amazon. It wasn’t cheap, but it was important to me to buy the real thing. It’s really fun to be able to put more of the pieces through listening to your interview with Brian.

I’d love to hear more interviews with other copy writers. I’m learning lots of good stuff from your earlier interviews on the topic, including the call with Ben Settle.
