Right now as we feel like we’re in the twilight zone, we need to be prepared and start preparing for the future. Don’t start to panic, but be informed and stay calm. I want to help you with that. Today on the Daily Ray I am going to help you discover the FOUR best ways to prepare for the future of the coming days.
Tune in to discover…
- Why fortifying your mind is the first and foremost step in preparing for the future. The number one reason you can do this is that YOU are the only one who can control what you think about, and protect yourself from misinformation and unnecessary panic. You can’t control what other people say or think about, but you can control YOU.
- Why you still need to eat healthy and workout during this time of isolation. The CDC themselves have said that going outside is a GREAT idea during this time because your body needs movement and fresh air, as well as SUNLIGHT. Locking yourself in your room during self-quarantine and social distancing is only going to increase depression and potential health risks. So, go out and take a nice walk during your lunch break.
- Why you need to watch your bank account right now. You’re home, you’re bored, so what do you do? Play games on your phone and buy all of the upgrades or stress buy on amazon because you NEED those shoes. Whatever you may think will make you feel better, on the back end you’ll feel more insecure because you spent much more than you were prepared to.
- Why it’s important to focus on the way you are promoting you and your business during the coming future. NEVER promote through fear, ALWAYS promote with value first. When you do that, then you can ask for a sale because you show that you care about your clients.
