Saving Lives and Self Improving

Right now is a time for appreciation. Yes, some situations are not great at all, but you have the opportunity to do things you may not have had as much time for before. While this is a temporary situation, you need to use this time wisely!  Do crafts with your kids or watch movies with your family. Find inspiration at this time and do something creative and share it because creativity can build positivity.

  • How what we’re doing right now may feel extreme, but social distancing is saving more lives than you think. It feels like an overreaction, it’s inconvenient, and it feels like it’s doing nothing…BUT what we’re actually doing is protecting those who have compromised health and who have a harder time protecting themselves. YOU are saving their life right now. Think about that.
  • How the hardest restraints can lead to the biggest lessons learned, and wisdom for the future. While you may think that something like this won’t happen again for a long time, there is a flu outbreak almost every year, and this prepares us for future outbreaks so we can flatten the curve faster.
  •  Why you need to stop fighting social distancing and find the good in it. This is a time where you can see your children or family more instead of being stuck in the office all day. Spend your time wisely by doing things with your family and going on walks and playing games. Accept the blessing you have during this time.
  • How you can use this time to improve YOURSELF! Build a healthy sleep schedule as well as a daily schedule to improve what you want to improve on but haven’t had a chance for.
